🏭 Direct Sales and Fulfillment Policy
Please review the following policy regarding our manufacturing and shipping process:
Direct Sales and Shipping:
We operate primarily as a direct manufacturer and generally do not ship products directly to individual customers. The exception to this policy is for Custom-made products, which are shipped directly to the customer after production.
All Sales Final:
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases.
International Customs and Import Process:

We are not responsible for, nor do we control, the customs process in your country.

Please be aware that your country's customs authority may hold containers or products for inspection, which may result in delays or the assessment of additional fees (e.g., duties, taxes, or inspection charges).

We are not responsible for any such customs issues, delays, or fees, and we will not issue refunds based on these circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen after shipment, we will assist you to the best of our ability in filing claims or providing necessary information. However, XRT MOTO is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have left our facility.
