1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days. This includes processing time, and we aim to ship all orders from our warehouse by the second business day.
2. Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund at no extra cost.
3. What happens if I cancel my order after it has already shipped?
You must reject the package. A 15% restocking fee based on the bike's cost will be deducted from your refund, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

- Cancellations: Cancellations made after shipping require a package rejection and are subject to a 15% bike cost fee plus return shipping costs.
- Warranty: All bikes are backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, which must be activated via our website or QR code.
- Local Pickup: If choosing local pickup, orders must be collected within 3 business days to avoid a $20/day storage fee.
