1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days depending on the warehouse and availability. This includes processing time, and we aim to ship all orders from our warehouse by the second business day.
2. Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund at no extra cost.
3. What happens if I cancel my order after it has already shipped?
You must reject the package. A 15% restocking fee based on the bike's cost will be deducted from your refund, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
4. What speed and mode is the bike shipped in?
The bikes is shipped in 50% power, first speed, and KIS - kick start (must push, kick, spin the wheel, for the motor engage).
5. How fast can this bike go?
First speed and 50% power the bike will move as fast as you can briskly walk (1.5-2mph)
100% and 3rd speed this bike will do 12-15mph (flat road 1/4 mile)
6. How long does the battery last?
Flat road, small child, 1st speed, 50% power, the 2.6Ah battery will go for 1.5 hours. 100% power, 3rd speed, ripping around the yard, 40min.
Recharge is 2.5 hours with 1.5A charger (optional 2A available) reduces the charge time to 2 hours.

Designed for children ages 2–4 (a 5-year-old may find this bike too small), the XRT Moto 12" Fury Eco Electric Balance Bike is built with beginner safety in mind. Packed with parent-friendly safety features, it offers a smooth and controlled riding experience for young riders.
The 150W direct-drive motor delivers gentle, predictable power, making it ideal for first-time riders. The advanced controller includes several built-in safety functions, including:
- KIS (Kick Start): the bike must be pushed or moving before the motor engages
- TDR (Throttle Delay Response): in Speed Modes 1 and 2, if you twist the throttle fast the bike will react quickly
- Speed Mode 3: race mode with instant throttle response
- 50% power mode for extra control
- Brake cut-off switch for added safety
- 140mm disc brake with an easy pull lever, compared to stiff traditional 90mm drum brakes
In first gear with 50% power enabled, the bike travels at approximately 1–2 mph — about the pace of a brisk walk — helping young riders build confidence safely.

The XRT Moto 12" Fury Eco Electric Balance Bike is designed to grow with your child, helping build riding confidence from the beginner stage all the way to advanced riding. While it starts as a safe, easy-to-control electric balance bike for young riders, it can also be completely upgraded into a full race-style bike as skills progress.
Available upgrades include 24V 5.2Ah and 36V 5Ah battery systems for increased power and ride time, front suspension for improved comfort and control on rough terrain, hydraulic brakes for stronger stopping performance, and high-torque motors for more aggressive acceleration and speed.
This upgradeable platform allows kids to gradually develop balance, coordination, throttle control, and confidence without needing to purchase an entirely new bike as they improve. The Fury Eco evolves with the rider, making it the perfect long-term investment for families who want a bike that can keep up with their child’s growing abilities and passion for riding.
How Long can you ride for?
The 24V 2.6Ah lithium-ion battery delivers up to 1.5 hours of continuous ride time on a single charge (1st speed, 50% power), ensuring extended play without frequent interruptions. 100% power ripping around the yard is 40min. Upgrade to 5.2Ah and you can ride for over 2 hours (depending on the speed, terrain, and mode)
