1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days depending on the warehouse and availability. This includes processing time, and we aim to ship all orders from our warehouse by the second business day.

2. Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund at no extra cost.

3. What happens if I cancel my order after it has already shipped?

You must reject the package. A 15% restocking fee based on the bike's cost will be deducted from your refund, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

4. What speed and mode is the bike shipped in?

The bikes is shipped in 50% power, first speed, and KIS - kick start (must push, kick, spin the wheel, for the motor engage).

5. How fast can this bike go?

First speed, and 50% power, the bike will go (2-3mph), which is a slow trot for adults.
100% and 3rd speed this bike will do approx 17-20mph (flat road 1/4 mile)

6. How long does the battery last?

Flat road, small child, 1st speed, 50% power, the 5Ah battery will go for 1.5 hours. 100% power, 3rd speed, ripping around the yard, 40min-1hr.
Recharge is 2.5-3hours with 2A charger.

Key Policies to Note

• Order Changes: Address changes are free before shipping, but cost $50 per package once the item has left our warehouse.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made after shipping require a package rejection and are subject to a 15% bike cost fee plus return shipping costs.
• Warranty: All bikes are backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, which must be activated via our website or QR code.
• Local Pickup: If choosing local pickup, orders must be collected within 3 business days to avoid a $20/day storage fee.
